Platform role

Digitalsewa24 is an independent assisted-service platform. Unless expressly stated for a specific authorized integration, we are not a government department and do not guarantee approval by any authority.

User responsibilities

• Submit only accurate information with the document holder’s permission.
• Do not use the portal for impersonation, unauthorized lookups or unlawful access.
• Keep login credentials and one-time passwords confidential.
• Check the displayed fee and service status before submission.

Processing

Manual requests are processed by an operator and may require clarification or additional documents. Government or third-party timelines remain outside our control.

Accounts and wallet

Accounts may be reviewed, suspended or declined for security, compliance or misuse. Wallet entries and application records are maintained for operational and audit purposes.
